Quality engineered for high volume applications, the Simpson Strong-Tie PINWP Powder-Actuated Plastic-Washered Pin for Insulation Board PINWP-150W 0.145” x 1-1/2” is designed to fasten rigid insulation board to buildings. This pin consists of a 0.300”-headed fastener with a pre-mounted 1-3/8” flat plastic washer. Use it to fasten fixtures into concrete and steel. This product is code listed per ICC-ES ESR-2138. Installers should note, the minimum effective shank length must equal or exceed the combined thickness of the attached material and the minimum embedment depth. The PINWP is made for use with Simpson Strong-Tie powder-actuated tools and is compatible with many competitive tools. Pair it with the Strong-Tie PTP-27L, PT-27, PT-22A, and PT-22HA. The PINWP Plastic-Washered Pin is offered as a box quantity of 50. Fasten insulation board to building structures easily with all the new Simpson Strong-Tie PINWP, now available at Nail Gun Depot.
