When you need a concrete and masonry screw anchor that will reliably perform even under seismic conditions, reach for the Simpson Strong-Tie 3/8” x 3” Zinc Titen HD Heavy-Duty Concrete Masonry Screw. Cracked concrete is no longer a problem because of the thread design that undercuts to transfer the load to the base material. Another feature of the Titen HD is the heat-treated tip that creates additional hardness for better cutting. The Titen HD THD37300H 3/8” x 3” has been shown to create 50% less torque than the competing anchors—no wonder it’s the professionals’ top pick.

A 3/8” drill bit is all you need for the Titen THD37300H 3/8” x 3” installation. The hex head is carbon steel and zinc plated. The heavy-duty screw anchor is perfect for dry, non-corrosive, indoor applications. It can also be used temporarily outdoors and is removable with a 9/16” wrench. The Strong-Tie Titen HD mechanical anchor comes in quantities of 50. CODE listed under IBC/IRC in accordance with ICC-ES AC193, ACI 355.2 for cracked and uncracked concrete, and ICC-ES AC106 for masonry. Try it for yourself!
