Professionals with the toughest concrete and masonry jobs know that the Simpson Strong-Tie Titen HD THD37400H 3/8” x 4” provides the answer. The Titen HD Heavy-Duty Screw Anchor offers low torque on both cracked and uncracked concrete. Simpson Strong-Tie has performed studies to support their claim: the Titen HD installs with 50% less torque than its competition. It performs reliably even under seismic conditions. You’ll find that the hardened, heat-treated tip is more effective for cutting without compromising ductility.

The Titen THD37400H 3/8” x 4” is carbon steel and has a zinc plated finish. It’s designed for dry, indoor applications. Limit exposure to corrosive environments and only use outdoors temporarily. Install using a 3/8” ANSI drill bit. The Simpson Strong-Tie high-performing Titen HD is removable with a 9/16” wrench. 50 anchors come to a box. CODE listed under IBC/IRC in accordance with ICC-ES AC193, ACI 355.2 for cracked and uncracked concrete, and ICC-ES AC106 for masonry. Order today and see the difference!
