The Type 304 Stainless Steel Titen HD Heavy-Duty THD37600H4SS 3/8” x 6” Screw Anchor is Simpson Strong-Tie’s pride and joy. When your concrete and masonry applications are subject to corrosive conditions, the Titen HD Stainless-Steel THD37600H4SS is your solution. Installation is fast and efficient with a 3/8” drill bit and driver. Not only is the Titen HD stainless steel corrosion resistant in multiple environments, but its serrated, carbon steel, lead threads undercut the concrete, giving it additional holding power.

Type 300 series stainless steel screw anchors have different corrosion resistant properties for different environments. While Type 316 is the optimal choice for applications in corrosive environments such as salt water, or when chemical solutions are present, type 304 is a cost effective solution for less extreme, damp, moist or wet applications. The strength of the Titen HD Heavy-Duty Stainless-Steel THD37600H4SS is unparalleled, and the tech is patented. Enjoy 50 mechanical anchors in a box. Once you’ve installed the Titen HD Heavy-Duty Stainless-Steel 304 Screw anchor—you are done. Never think about it again, because it lasts. Meets codes IAPMO UES ER-493 for concrete and ICC-ES-ESR-1056 for masonry.
