The Titen HD Heavy-Duty Screw Anchor THD50300H 1/2” x 3”, from industry leader Simpson Strong-Tie, is the professional’s choice for heavy-duty concrete and masonry applications. Use on cracked AND uncracked concrete, as well as uncracked masonry. The THD50300H is strong enough to withstand seismic conditions, and it’s been tested at 50% less torque than its competitors. The zinc plated, carbon steel Titen HD is designed mainly for indoor, non-corrosive environments, but can temporarily be used outdoors.

Titen HD THD50300H 1/2” x 15” maintains ductility with its heat-treated, hardened tip. Installation is easy with a standard 1/2” drill bit. If needed, remove the one-time use fastener with a 3/4” wrench. The Titen HD THD50300H Heavy-Duty Screw comes in quantities of 25. CODE listed under IBC/IRC in accordance with ICC-ES AC193, ACI 355.2 for cracked and uncracked concrete, and ICC-ES AC106 for masonry.
