The Titen HD Heavy-Duty Stainless Steel THD75400H6SS 3/4” x 4” screw anchor is Simpson Strong-Tie’s pride and joy. When your concrete and masonry applications are exposed to extreme conditions, this cutting-edge mechanical anchor is your golden ticket. Not only is the Titen HD stainless steel corrosion resistant in multiple environments, but its serrated carbon steel lead threads undercut the concrete, giving it additional holding power.

Type 300 series stainless steel screw anchors have different corrosion resistant properties for different environments. While Type 316 is the optimal choice for applications in corrosive environments such as salt water, or when chemical solutions are present, type 304 is a cost effective solution for less extreme, damp, moist or wet applications. Installation of this fastener is fast and efficient. Use a 3/4” bit and driver to drill a 7/8" to 15/16" fixture hole. Enjoy 10 Titen HD THD75400H6SS screw anchors in a box. Tested per ACI355.2, AC193 and AC106. Meets codes IAPMO UES ER-493 for concrete and ICC-ES-ESR-1056 for masonry.

**Compatible Tools:** Standard-sized ANSI Tolerance Drill Bit with Impact Wrench or Hand Tool (Universal)

**Suitable Applications:** Corrosive or extreme environments such as salt water, or when chemical or corrosive solutions are present. Common applications include stadium seating, central utility plant facilities, parking structures, balconies, breweries, wineries, DOT signs and fixtures.
