When your concrete and masonry jobs are subject to chemicals, saltwater, and other corrosives, the Titen HD Heavy-Duty Stainless Steel THD75700H6SS 3/4” x 7” is the mechanical anchor you need. This type 316 stainless steel anchor is Simpson Strong-Tie’s pride and joy, and it offers the highest protection against environmental deterioration. The strength of the THD75700H6SS is unparalleled, and the tech is patented. Titen HD Stainless Steel screws features serrated, carbon steel lead threads which undercut concrete, thus providing additional holding power.

Type 300 series stainless steel screw anchors have different corrosion resistant properties for different environments. While Type 316 is the optimal choice for applications in corrosive environments such as salt water, or when chemical solutions are present, type 304 is a cost effective solution for less extreme, damp, moist or wet applications. Installation of the THD75700H6SS is fast with a 3/4" drill bit and driver. Simply begin by drilling a 7/8" to 15/16" fixture hole. Tested per ACI355.2, AC193 and AC106.
