The Titen HD THDB25178H 1/4” x 1-7/8” Screw Anchor offers low torque on both cracked and uncracked concrete. Simpson's studies show the Titen HD THDB25178H installs with 50% less torque than its competition. It performs reliably even under seismic conditions. You’ll find that the hardened, heat-treated tip is more effective for cutting without compromising ductility.

The Titen HD THDB25178H 1/4” x 1-7/8” is carbon steel and has a zinc plated finish. It’s designed for dry, indoor applications. Limit exposure to corrosive environments and only use outdoors temporarily. Install trouble-free with a standard ANSI drill bit. The Heavy-Duty, high-performing Titen HD is removable with a 3/8” wrench. 100 anchors come in a box. CODE listed under IBC/IRC in accordance with ICC-ES AC193, ACI 355.2 for cracked and uncracked concrete, and ICC-ES AC106 for masonry. Order yours today!
