#### PRODUCT OVERVIEW

The original, robust mechanical screw preferred by contractors, is the Simpson Strong-Tie Titen HD Heavy-Duty THDB62500HMG 5/8” x 5”. Cracked and uncracked concrete, as well as uncracked masonry are ideal applications for this recognized mechanical anchor. In fact, studies show a 50% torque reduction over its competitors. The Titen HD Heavy Duty Screw Anchor performs even under seismic conditions. Still not impressed? The screw tip is heat-treated in a specialized process that improves ductility.

The Titen HD THDB62500HMG is designed for interior and exterior use. The Hex-washer head screw is removable with a 15/16” wrench and does not require a separate washer unless specified by code. The Titen HD Heavy Duty is ASTM B695 Class 65 mechanically galvanized and comes in a box of 10 anchors. Install with a standard 5/8” ANSI drill bit. CODE listed in accordance with ICC-ES AC193, ACI 355.2 for cracked and uncracked concrete, and ICC-ES AC106 for masonry. Order today and see the difference!
