The wait for a durable, corrosion resistant screw anchor is over! Simpson Strong-Tie has set the standard with their solution to anchoring in corrosive conditions. The Titen HD Heavy-Duty Stainless Steel THDC25400H6SS 1/4” x 4” is the definitive concrete and masonry anchor for extreme environments. Not only is the Titen HD stainless steel corrosion resistant in multiple environments, but its serrated carbon steel lead threads undercut the concrete, giving it additional holding power.

Type 300 stainless steel screw anchors have different corrosion resistant properties for different environments. However, Type 316 is the optimal choice for applications in corrosive environments such as salt water, or when chemical solutions are present. Install the THDC25400H6SS with a 1/4” drill bit and driver. The recommended fixture hole size is 3/8” to 7/16”. Have peace of mind with your fastener selection—order the THDC25400H6SS today! Tested per ACI355.2, AC193 and AC106. Meets codes IAPMO UES ER-493 for concrete and ICC-ES-ESR-1056 for masonry. 50 screws per box.

**Compatible Tools:** Standard-sized ANSI Tolerance Drill Bit with Impact Wrench or Hand Tool (Universal)

**Suitable Applications:** Corrosive or extreme environments such as salt water, or when chemical or corrosive solutions are present. Common applications include stadium seating, central utility plant facilities, parking structures, balconies, breweries, wineries, DOT signs and fixtures.
