WOW! I placed this order for a Senco Pin Nailer #23SXP on Wednesday (9/02). No sales tax, no shipping, no delays, excuses or sales pitches. I have the nailer in my hands today Friday (9/04)!!! Plus you threw in a free box of brads. I order quite a few items & have experienced both good & bad. You are far & away the ABSOLUTE BEST company I have ever dealt with.

I can not begin to tell you how pleased I am with the HIGH level of customer service demonstrated by you and your company in handling this problem for me! Frankly, I did not expect more than a 'brush off'. Instead, I got a very cordial phone call that eve

I had a feeling I was dealing with the right company. Any vender will do when everything goes right, the true test is how a company takes care of you when things go wrong. Thanks again, and keep up the good work, it’ll take you far in this world.
