I can not begin to tell you how pleased I am with the HIGH level of customer service demonstrated by you and your company in handling this problem for me! Frankly, I did not expect more than a 'brush off'. Instead, I got a very cordial phone call that eventually solved my problem (yes, it was MY problem ... not the nail gun ) :).
