The Fasco SCPC21248FSHSSP, 2-1/2" x .148, fine thread, square head, stainless steel, painted, RoofLoc Scrails are designed for use in the Fasco F58AC ROOFLOC-75. These plastic strip RoofLoc Scrail fasteners combine the versatility of a conventional nail with the holding power of a screw. Unlike a conventional nail, Fasco Scrails can be adjusted and removed after placement. Scrail fasteners feature an aggressive thread design, to provide more holding power than a screw. The SCPC21248FSHSSP Scrails are made from 304 stainless steel, which offers superior protection against rust and corrosion. Fasco’s RoofLoc Scrails come with leak-proof EPDM-washers to resist extreme temperatures (-40°F to +250° Fahrenheit). No metal residue or “pig tails” allows for superior washer seal, and eliminates scratches on the Scrail fasteners. Featuring a 0 degree plastic strip collation, the SCPC21248FSHSSP Scrails can easily be stored and loaded. Additional features on the Fasco SCPC21248FSHSSP Scrails include a fine thread, square head and painted finish. Fasco’s Scrail fasteners are in accordance with the requirements of ASTM F1667.
