Aerosmith GT38LI-EXIF Cordless Gas Insulation Fastening Tool, 1" to 6"

The innovative Aerosmith GT38LI-EXIF Cordless Gas Insulation Fastening Tool, 1” – 6” helps you save time and money when attaching rigid/semi-rigid insulation to concrete, concrete block-CMU, and light gauge steel. Easily install various types of insulation materials to concrete and steel (LGS and CFS), 7-10 times faster than conventional methods using Aerosmith's InsulPin EXIF fasteners. Coming in with 90 joules of drive power, the Aerosmith GT38LI-EXIF drives InsulPin Washers from 1” – 3” in length for steel and up to 6” for concrete. These fasteners feature an integrated cap that is manually flipped shut to provide a maximum thermal break. Unlike powder actuated tools, you do not need a license to operate the GT38LI-EXIF. This insulation fastening tool features lithium-ion battery technology that delivers an impressive 8,000 shots per fully charged battery, and 1,000 shots with the fuel cell. The GT38LI-EXIF comes complete with a quick release barrel, two batteries, one charger, a carrying case, and safety glasses.

Aerosmith EXIF Insulation Pin Performance @ 7/8” minimum embedment depth with 4,000 and 6,000 PSI concrete. Allowable capacity is based on the calculations found in Section 3.2.4 of AC70 and are defined in PEI report #2019-6127.
