The Dewalt DWFP71917 air finish nailer drives 1-1/4” to 2-1/2” 16 gauge straight finish nails. Precision Point technology allows the DWFP71917 to provide easy nail placement, thanks to a smaller nose - compared to current Dewalt nailers. No need to compress the contact trip to actuate the tool. Other features on this 16 gauge Precision Point finish nailer include a maintenance-free motor, tool-free jam release mechanism for easy nail removal, tool-free depth-of-drive adjustment for proper setting of nail heads, selectable trigger (choose between sequential or contact actuation), and a rear exhaust to keep contaminates away. Comes with an adjustable belt hook. The DWFP71917 comes with sample finish nails, extra no-mar tips and carrying case. Includes seven-year limited manufacturer’s warranty. - do not buyThe drive pin has been discontinued. You CAN NOT REPAIR this nail gun if you break the drive pin. I have 3 of these that would work great if I could replace the drive pin. But the scam is on with dewalt. I WAS a huge dewalt fan but that has changed.
- Not goodI would pass on this gun , it jams up to easy , price product I return it after three hours of jamming. This is poor design
