Everwin's professional PS32-590 Carton Plier Stapler, 5/8" to 1-1/4" is suitable for sealing large corrugated packaging and stapling thicker cardboard. This powerful tool is capable of penetrating up to 2 layers of triple wall corrugated board. Common applications include edge protection, trays and lids, sealing end caps, container inserts and double or triple wall corrugate. This pneumatic stapler works with JK590 staples, or 15/16" Crown Carton Staples from 5/8" to 1-1/4" in length.

The PS32-590 features a 2.6" clinch throat depth, geared for standard carton configuration. These pliers are designed with a fixed anvil which allows rapid sideways movement. Using spacer plates, the stapling gap can easily be adjusted for different thicknesses from 12 mm to maximum 27 mm. Spacer plates of 3 mm and 6 mm are delivered as standard with the pliers.
