This mechanical anchor is reliable in both static and seismic conditions, making it the professionals’ top choice.
This carbon steel, zinc plated screw is easily installed with a standard 3/8” drill bit. Use the Titen HD THD37212H 3/8” x 2-1/2” primarily indoors in dry, non-corrosive environments. It also can be temporarily used outdoors. Use a 9/16” wrench to remove the Hex head anchor. Buy the THD37212H in quantities of 50. One use only.
