The Titen HD Heavy-Duty Stainless Steel THD37500H4SS 3/8” x 5” is Simpson Strong-Tie’s innovative concrete and masonry screw anchor for applications exposed to the elements. The THDSS is cost-effective and resists corrosion while maintaining its structural integrity. Not only is the Titen HD stainless steel corrosion resistant in multiple environments, but its serrated, carbon steel lead threads undercut the concrete, giving it additional holding power.

Type 300 series stainless steel screw anchors have different corrosion resistant properties for different environments. While Type 316 is the optimal choice for applications in corrosive environments such as salt water, or when chemical solutions are present, type 304 is a cost effective solution for less extreme, damp, moist or wet applications. To install the Titen HD Stainless Steel THD37500H4SS, use a 3/8” drill bit to drill a fixture hole 1/2” to 9/16” and drive with 9/16” impact wrench. It’s that easy. 50 mechanical anchors per box.
