Low installation torque has been tested at 50% less than the leading brands. Compromised ductility isn’t a concern with the Titen HD’s heat-treated and hardened screw tip. This mechanical anchor is reliable in both static and seismic conditions.
The carbon steel, zinc plated screw is easily installed with a standard 3/4” drill bit. Use the Titen HD THD75100H 3/4” x 10” primarily indoors in dry, non-corrosive environments. It also can be temporarily used outdoors. The THD75100H comes 5 to a box. Use a 1-1/8” wrench to remove the Hex head anchor. One use only.
