With its patent pending Torque Reduction Channel, The Titen Turbo TNT18334TF 3/16” x 3-3/4” Flat Head Concrete and Masonry Screw Anchor is miles ahead of the competition when it comes to decreasing torque and increasing durability. You’ll see less binding, snapping, and stripping. Because the thread action isn’t blocked, the tension decreases. You’ll experience better reliability because the unique, asymmetrical threading traps dust. Another feature of this mechanical anchor is the serrated screw point that allows for a smoother start when fastening wood.
The Titen Turbo TNT18334TF is constructed of carbon steel for endurance, and a zinc finish with ceramic coating for corrosion resistance. Some applications include thresholds, window frames, handrails and more. The Simpson Strong-Tie Titen Turbo is easy to install with an impact driver or cordless drill. Use in dry, indoor environments only. This Standard Blue, 6-Lobe, countersunk, Flat Head screw comes in a box of 100. A T25 6-Lobe bit is included. Use in dry, indoor environments only. 5/32” Drill Bit diameter for installation. Code listed in accordance with ICC-ES AC193 and ICC-ES AC106.
