A freshened design for Stinger's popular hammer cap stapler, the CH38-2 cap hammer (0136400) is designed to drive 3/8" leg A11/T-50 staples, with 1" collated plastic caps in tandem. Redesigned to improve performance and durability, new features on the Stinger 0136400 hammer stapler include the addition of a handle grip, increased internal handle strength, improved staple track and spring (for added reliability), and an increased weld strength on cutter and trigger areas.

Lightweight and easy to use, this manual hammer tacker maximizes productivity, while offering excellent user comfort. The Stinger CH38-2 eliminates the hassle of an air hose and compressor, making it cost-effective for contractors. The Stinger CH38-2 is perfect for synthetic underlayment, housewrap, roofing felt and rolled insulation. The CH38-2 cap stapler is a direct replacement of the Stinger CH38 (136400).
