New from Dewalt, the DCN682B engineered flooring stapler is the first of its kind, offering cordless technology for solid and hardwood floor installation. The Dewalt DCN682B, 20V lithium ion cordless flooring stapler drives 1/4" crown 18 gauge L series staples from 1/2" to 1-1/2" in length. This 18 gauge trigger pull flooring stapler runs exclusively on battery power; no fuel cells required. Battery and charger are not included – sold separately. This Dewalt Li-Ion cordless floor stapler can fire between 800 to 1000 staples per charge when using a Dewalt 2.0Ah lithium ion battery. Note: The DCN682B flooring stapler is compatible with all Dewalt 20V MAX batteries. Featuring Dewalt's brushless motor, this lithium ion floor stapler maximizes runtime and durability. The DCN682B features a tool-free adjustable base, high visibility tongue engagement for fast installation, and no-mar profiling tips to prevent floor scratches. A paddle trigger provides easy use in multiple orientations. This battery-powered floor stapler includes a tool-free selectable trigger, allowing you to switch between sequential and rapid sequential actuation modes. An integrated, tool-free stall release lever allows you to reset the driver blade in case of a stall. The Dewalt DCN682B also includes multi-functional LED lights, to provide workspace illumination. This Dewalt lithium ion flooring stapler is excellent for installing 3/8", 1/2" and 5/8" solid and hardwood flooring. The Dewalt DCN682B flooring staple gun includes a three-year limited warranty, and one-year of free service from Dewalt.
