The powerhouse behind the DCS389X1, Dewalt's revolutionary FLEXVOLT technology allows for portability, plus the raw output that a corded saw delivers. Built to cut through metal, as well as wood, this Dewalt DCS389X1 can go from 0 to 3,000 SPM, driving the blade to give it a stroke length of 1-1/8" for quick and efficient cutting.

To keep the system performing at its best, this DCS389X1 features a brushless motor. Keeping the user in mind, this Dewalt cordless saw allows you to change out blades in a pinch with its keyless lever-action blade clamp, and to instantaneously control speed with a variable speed trigger. For extra grip - and comfort to boot - the DCS389X1 brushless reciprocating saw features a no-slip rubber overmold grip.

Additional features with this Dewalt 60V reciprocating saw include a pivoting shoe (for leverage on different applications, and an LED light to illuminate your work area.
