The PN70CL Pallet Clinch Nailer, 1-3/4" is a patented pneumatic tool that revolutionizes the way string pallets are repaired. This clinch nailer has a 1.7" clinch opening, and is designed to drive 15° Wire Coil Clinch Nails 1-3/4" x 0.083-0.110". This tool is engineered to improve operation safety while boosting efficiency for pallet repair clinch nailing applications. The PN70CL is an industrial tool with a built-in anvil that nails are driven against, which results in nails clinched as intended in pallet repair. Throat depth on the PN70CL is approximately 6-3/8" deep, and 1-3/4" tall.

EVERWIN's patented ClinchArm air route ensures the anvil clamps pallet strings firmly before each nail is driven, resulting in an optimal clinch-yield rate. Once the trigger is pulled, the following sequence of motions happen:

1) The PN70CL's clinch arm is brought upwards by a rear cylinder.

2) The first sequence clamps pallet strings against each other.

3) A nail is driven and clinched against the anvil attached to the clinch arm.
