The Max RB518 cordless rebar tier ties rebar from #5 x #5 up to #8 x #7. Includes one-year manufacturer's warranty. Comes complete with lithium ion battery, charger, carrying case and belt hook. This Max rebar tier is 5X faster than manual tying. The RB518 is powered by a brushless twisting motor that offers greater efficiency and longer operating life over older models. Features include a lightweight body that helps prevent wrist injury, selective wrapping times per tie (choose between 3x and 4x wraps), and simple one-handed operation. The Max RB518 rebar tier is excellent for commercial buildings, road and bridge construction, foundations, precast plants, radiant heating tubes and electrical conduits. The RB518 is a direct replacement for the RB517.
