The Metabo HPT VB3616DAM 36V Cordless Rebar Bender/Cutter is the industry's first cordless rebar bender and cutter, offering portability and power on the job site. Based on the AC powered rebar bender/cutter, VB16Y, HPT's VB3616DA features even greater bending and cutting performance, thanks to its DC fan-cooled brushless motor and MultiVolt 4.0Ah battery. It can cut #5 rebar in under 3 seconds, and bend #3-#5 rebar up to 180 degrees in just a few seconds thanks to its brushless motor and powerful battery. This bender/cutter can deliver approximately 270 cuts and 520 bends of #5 rebar on a single charge.
