The Titen HD Countersunk Head Style Heavy-Duty Screw Anchor THD37212CS 3/8” x 2-1/2” is the newest addition to the Simpson Strong-Tie family of mechanical anchors. The countersunk head allows for a low profile and is ideal for applications that are incompatible with hex head screws. This concrete and masonry screw is ideal for cracked and uncracked concrete and masonry applications. It also offers low installation torque. The THD37212CS is designed for dry, indoor use, but it can be used temporarily in outdoor applications—simply remove with your fixtures and discard.

No special tools are needed for installation—just a standard drill. Recommended fixture hole size is 1/2” to 9/16”. An added value is the T50 driver bit included in the box. This carbon steel mechanical anchor has a zinc plated finish. It's qualified for seismic, static and windy conditions. CODE listed under IBC/IRC in accordance with ICC-ES AC193, ACI 355.2 for cracked and uncracked concrete, and ICC-ES AC106 for masonry. 50 screws come in a box. Try this new sensation today!
