Simpson Strong-Tie has done it again! The Titen HD Countersunk Head Style THDB25312CS 1/4” x 3-1/2” is the Heavy-Duty Screw Anchor for concrete and masonry applications needing a flush profile. It’s strong enough for cracked and uncracked concrete, and qualified for seismic, static and windy conditions. This carbon steel, zinc plated mechanical anchor is designed for dry, indoor use.

The THDB25312CS is removable, making it suitable for temporary outdoor use, or applications where fixtures may need to be moved. Its 6-lobe drive reduces driver-bit cam-outs, making installation easier. Install this screw with the included T30 bit. Recommended fixture hole size is 3/8” to 7/16”. CODE listed under IBC/IRC in accordance with ICC-ES AC193, ACI 355.2 for cracked and uncracked concrete, and ICC-ES AC106 for masonry. There are 50 screws per package. Order yours today!
