The Simpson Strong-Tie Titen HD Stainless Steel 316 THD37300H6SS 3/8” x 3” is the concrete and masonry anchor designed for the most corrosive environments. Chemicals and salt water don’t faze the stainless steel THD37300H6SS; it’s built to last. The tip and serrated threads of this screw anchor combine to create a powerful interlock in concrete.

Type 300 stainless steel screw anchors have different corrosion resistant properties for different environments. While Type 316 is the optimal choice for applications in corrosive environments such as salt water, or when chemical solutions are present, type 304 is a cost effective solution for less extreme, damp, moist or wet applications.
