Low installation torque has been measured at 50% less than its competitors. Compromised ductility is no longer a concern with the Titen HD’s heat-treated, hardened screw tip. This mechanical anchor is reliable in both static and seismic conditions, making it the professional's choice.
Install the carbon steel, zinc plated screw with a standard drill 1/2” drill bit. Use the Titen HD THD501200H 1/2” x 12” primarily indoors in dry, non-corrosive environments. It can be used outdoors temporarily. A 3/4” wrench is all that’s needed to remove the Hex-washer screw anchor. Buy the amazing THD501200H fastener in quantities of 5. CODE listed under IBC/IRC in accordance with ICC-ES AC193, ACI 355.2 for cracked and uncracked concrete, and ICC-ES AC106 for masonry.
