Simply install the sleeve anchor by pre-drilling a hole with a 5/16" wide carbide drill bit. Clean your pre-drilled hole with compressed air, and then drive the anchor into the sleeve. (Overhead installations do not require a clean hole.) The task is complete once the washer and nut are tightened into place using the required installation torque.
