Low installation torque has been measured at 50% less than its competitors. Compromised ductility is no longer a concern with the Titen HD’s heat-treated and hardened screw tip.
This mechanical anchor is reliable in both static and seismic conditions, making it professionals’ top choice. Buy this fastener in quantities of 10. The carbon steel, ASTM B695 Class 65 mechanically galvanized screw is easily installed with a 5/8” drill bit. Use the Titen HD THDB62600HMG 5/8” x 6” indoors and outdoors. A 15/16” wrench is all that’s needed to remove the Hex head anchor. CODE listed in accordance with ICC-ES AC193, ACI 355.2 for cracked and uncracked concrete, and ICC-ES AC106 for masonry.
