Cracked and uncracked concrete, as well as uncracked masonry are ideal applications for this recognized mechanical anchor. In fact, studies show a 50% torque reduction over its competitors. The Titen HD THDB62500HMG is designed for interior and exterior use. The Hex-washer head screw is removable with a 15/16” wrench and does not require a separate washer unless specified by code.
