The Stainless Steel Deck-Drive DCU Composite Screw from Simpson Strong-Tie is created specifically for use with the Quik Drive PRO300SG2 Wood Decking System. Made of 316 Stainless Steel for superior corrosion resistance, these screws are ideal for use in marine or high exposure environments. A unique cut point on this #10 x 2-3/4" Deck-Drive Screw allows for a rapid start and effortless material penetration. Its tri-lobe thread design prevents damage to composite materials. Other features include a cap head to prevent mushrooming, and inverted upper threads to help clear excess material and facilitate proper seating. Deck-Drive DCU screws are approved for use with Trex brand composite decking. These stainless steel screws feature a painted head to blend perfectly with a tan deck.
