Introducing the 2nd generation, upgraded framer from Metabo HPT, the NR1890DRA 21-Degree 18V MultiVolt Plastic Strip Framing Nailer. Engineered to be lighter, more powerful and longer lasting than its predecessor, the NR1890DRA takes cordless framing to a new level. This new cordless framing nailer eliminates air hoses, compressors and gas fuel cartridges - bringing total freedom to the plastic collated framing gun. The NR1890DRA comes equipped with Metabo HPT’s unique Air Spring Drive System; delivering more than enough power to flush drive round head 21° plastic strip framing nails from 2" to 3-1/2" in length. Designed to handle like an air nailer, and capable of driving into the toughest materials, the Air Spring Drive System uses permanently sealed compressed air to drive each nail - resulting in zero ramp up time, and driving speeds up to 3 nails per second.
The NR1890DRA is equipped with a selective actuation button that allows the user to choose between bump or sequential modes. A brushless motor allows for longer run time per charge, less maintenance, and improved durability. Other features on this cordless plastic strip framer include a tool-free depth of drive adjustment, on-tool battery indicator with enhanced LED lighting, an aggressive nose tip, aluminum magazine, easier control panel access, more compact rafter hook, and dry-fire lockout to prevent accidental firing. Powered by the 378681M 4.0Ah battery, this cordless framing nailer can drive up to 500 nails per charge.
This item comes with a lifetime manufacturer's warranty on the tool itself, as well as Metabo's 2-year battery guarantee, and 1-year warranty on the charger.
