Constructed for a strong hold, the Sleeve-All anchor is made for use in solid base materials. For installation, begin by pre-drilling a hole using a 3/4" wide carbide drill bit in the solid base. Blow the hole clean with compressed air. (Overhead fixtures do not require a clean hole.) Next, drive the anchor into the sleeve. Finish by tightening the washer and nut into place using the required installation torque. A 15/16” wrench is also recommended for accurate installation.
